The Writer's House Lutterzand is a cozy comfortabel cottage, the literary escape, of about 90 m2 in the center of the nature reserve Lutterzand. No barriers, no paved roads or gardens. One discovers fifteen different cottages, all scattered over the 30 hectares of this natural reserve. One's neighbors are situated at a 'safe' distance.
The forest grows nearby, but more than enough light comes through and you can enjoy the sun. Sitting under the porch of 30 m2, day or night, is a location of mystery and complete rest. Regardless as to the temperature, sun, wind or rain, it is a place to relax and enjoy the mysterious noise around you. You might be invaded by the drumming of woodpeckers, squirrels jumping from branch to branch, and the odd rabbit and deer could wish you a happy morning.

The Writer's House is inspiring, magical, and above all, gives you a period of serenity and peace. The main aspects every writer dreams of. Regardless as to whether you write fiction, non-fiction, whatever the literary market is waiting for. Or you write a thesis, your dissertation, a collection of short stories, poetry, a film script or an article (as a journalist). Or are you a translator? Of course, not writers are also welcome in the Writer's House.
The Writer's House is fully equipped; excellent kitchen with a dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilet. A bedroom of 20 m2 for two people and a sofa bed in the living room equipped with two sleeping places. The living room of 40 m2 is furnished with comfortable chairs, a large dining table with with six chairs, not forgetting the fireplace! The cottage is equipped with double glazing, security locks, Wi-Fi, a fixed telephone, television, washing machine and dryer. In the conservatory one can relax and make a choice from dozens of books that are in the bookcases. Smoking is allowed, but only under the porch.
The Writer's House
is in the nature reserve Lutterzand, not without reason, frequently named 'the treasury of Twente', five minutes walk from the poetic Dinkel river and close to the German border in northeast Twente, Overijssel Province.
NOTE: Because you are literally on the border between the Netherlands and Germany, until now the mobile range sometimes a little less.
